The Lord God said: “It is not good for the man to be alone,” (The Bible, Genesis 2:18a)
Have you ever asked yourself, why you are on this earth? What was God’s plan for us? Why does such an almighty being need us people? God’s deepest desire for his people is his plan for us called fellowship.
At ‘Connections’ we want this plan and purpose to be fulfilled. It doesn’t matter to us whether you believe in God or not, we want to have fellowship with you. We don’t care where you come from, what you favourite food is or if you believe the same things that we do. We want to have somewhere where everyone can be just as they are, created by God and where people can have authentic discussions whilst enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book.
You can support our vision by just popping in to see us. We look forward to meeting you!

“Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.” (The Bible, Ephesians 6:18)
Prayer is one of the most powerful things on this earth. We are convinced that God acts as concretely today as he did while his son, Jesus Christ, was on this earth. This is why we strongly ask you to pray for us. Please pray for our work, that it will bring fruit and God will be glorified in it. We also ask you to pray for protection for us and for practical things, such as our workers, a feeling for a good book, that the leaders make the right decisions and that planned events are successful. You can also pray for financial help for us.

Support us: Work with us! |
“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, «The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. »” (The Bible, Matthew 6:18)
We are convinced that Jesus gave everyone talents and gifts to use by serving him. Perhaps you like the idea of Connections and would like to work with us or help us. By doing so, it’s not vital that you do a lot of work for us or work long hours. Just make contact with us, tell us what you like doing, what you can do well or what your ideas are or just pop round to see us.

Support us: Donate money! |
“Jesus sat down opposite to where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, «I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth: but she, out of her poverty, put in everything – all she had to live on. »” (The Bible, Mark 12:41-44)
We feel good in this world. You probably have a roof over your head. You have a bed in which you lay at night. You awake in the morning and during the day, as soon as you feel hungry, you open the door of your fridge or go to the supermarket.
And still people, firms, organisations, charities – yes, practically everyone – complain that they have so little money. Today, if you broach the subject of money many people, even Christians, are just not interested.
The truth is: ‘Connections’ can not survive on its own. Perhaps you can identify a little with ‘Connections’. Maybe you enjoyed the last book or last coffee at Connections so much that you would like to donate something to express your satisfaction? It is irrelevant how much you donate! We are pleased about every cent we receive enabling our vision to become a step closer to reality. We would be happy to give you a contribution receipt.
We are also pleased to receive book donations. Maybe you have one or two Christian books in your shelves that you are not sure you will read again.
(Please bear with us. Our bank account information will be displayed here soon. Until then please complete a contact form. You will then receive further information.)
